SPGW piston seal bidirectional piston combination seal

SPGW combination seal is a heavy-duty two-way piston seal widely used in high pressure conditions. It has excellent leak resistance, extrusion resistance and abrasion resistance. SPGW combination seals are especially suitable for long strokes. And in a wide range of fluids and high temperature occasions, it can adapt to a larger piston gap. The SPGW combination sealing ring is acompact structure formed by stacking, with good performance, and can be installed in a single piston groove. Its geometry gives itoverall stability, wear resistance, tightness, low friction and long life without maintenance. Due to the set initialinterference, the sealing ring has excellent sealing performance at low pressure. The sealing performance is also good when the pressure rises, because the elastomer exerts force on the combined seal ring, converting the axial force generated by the systempressure into radial extrusion. Heavy-duty nylon retaining rings are specially designed to protect the seals from extrusion andmeet a variety of hydraulic cylinder applications.
