Commonly used to adjust the full complement cylindrical roller bearings radial clearance as follows:

4, for more oil wedge tilting bearing, does not allow repair scratch pad, the gap should be replaced due to inappropriate tile. The thickness of the adjustable tile, tile can be adjusted by the amount of the adjustment in the next block behind tile plus stainless steel pad, thickness or thinned adjustment block approach. Note for more oil wedge tilting bearing, among the same group of tile thickness error should be less than 0.01mm.

Vibration aspects

Terms of temperature
High temperature frequently expressed cylindrical roller bearings are in an abnormal situation. High temperature is also harmful to the bearing lubricant. Sometimes bearing overheating can be attributed to the bearing lubricant. If the bearing temperature over 125 ºC even move to reduce long-term bearing life. Causes high temperature bearings include: lack of lubrication or excessive lubrication, bearing raceways containing impurities, the speed limit is too high, bearing long-term overload and so on.
